Meet the Tennis Pros

David Jasmin   Director of Tennis   As director of tennis here at the Fountains Country Club for the last 4 years, David is dedicated to not only improving players’ abilities, but to developing a tennis program where players of all levels are encouraged and motivated to become involved. Prior to his directorship, David served as the Fountains assistant tennis professional for 10 years. In this time, he built a remarkable reputation for his knowledge of the game as well as his ability to relay that wisdom through motivational instructions. Born and raised in South Florida, much of David’s life has been dedicated to tennis. Before becoming an instructor, he was active in court design and construction. His experience in this field allows for impeccable court conditions, as you will find our tennis courts at the Fountains always among the finest in Palm Beach County. In his spare time, David enjoys golfing with friends, working out at the gym and traveling with his fiancé Gwen.

Hanz Krix   Assistant Tennis Pro   Originally from Vienna, Austria, Hans came to the United States in 1990. After completing his education with a degree in business, he concentrated on his career in tennis and became a Level 1 tennis instructor in Austria. In 1991, he joined PBI (Peter Burwash International), the most successful tennis management corporation that manages tennis facilities at five-star resorts, hotels and country clubs. Hans has managed tennis facilities in Italy, Austria, Oman, and the United States. In 1995, he was tennis director at “The Courts at the Falls” in Miami, and three years later, he moved to Palm Beach County. Since 1998, Hans has worked as our assistant tennis professional at the Fountains Country Club during the fall/winter season. The other half of the year he spends in Vienna, Austria, where he owns/manages a tennis facility. Hans is married, and his daughter is on her way to becoming a professional tennis player.
